Commercial Projects – Assistant Project Manager

You will provide exceptional customer service, provide project support and become an integral component to our team. We have the following position available within our Commercial Projects group for the start or advancement of your career.

Commercial ProjectsAssistant Project Manager

  • You will be responsible for assisting our commercial projects PM’s with daily responsibilities consisting of but not limited to:
    • Checking lead times with our manufacturers
    • Working with our manufacturers to expedite and improve current ship dates
    • Working with our manufacturers to coordinate shipping schedules
    • Providing tracking information on orders that have shipped
    • Assisting with defective and return requests
    • Assisting with overflow of our general orders box and order entry
    • Providing updates on project tasks as requested by the project managers


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and analytical/critical thinking skills
  • Prior industry experience preferred but NOT required. We will provide on the job training
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work in a fast-paced environment
